Digital Delivery Policy

 

 

Creative Hub Digital

 

Since all products sold on Creative Hub Digital are digital in nature (e.g., templates, software, courses, etc.), there is no physical shipping required. Our policy details how you receive your purchases.

 

1. Digital Delivery Method

 

All digital products purchased from Creative Hub Digital are delivered electronically via one or both of the following methods:

  1. Instant Download Link: Immediately upon successful payment, a unique download link(s) for the purchased item(s) will be displayed on the final Order Confirmation Page.

  2. Email Confirmation: A confirmation email containing the product details and the same secure download link(s) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email is typically sent within 2-5 minutes of the purchase.

  3. Customer Account Access: All purchased items will be permanently accessible within the customer's dashboard under the "Downloads" or "My Courses" section after logging into their account.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

 

Delivery of all digital products is instantaneous and occurs immediately upon confirmation that the payment has been processed successfully.

  • In rare cases, payments processed through third-party services (like e-checks or certain bank transfers) may take a few hours to clear. Access will be granted immediately upon receiving the "Payment Successful" status notification.

 

3. Failed or Delayed Delivery

 

If you do not receive the email confirmation and cannot access the download links on the Order Confirmation Page after 30 minutes, please take the following steps:

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: The confirmation email may have been filtered by your email provider.

  2. Check Your Customer Account: Log into your account on Creative Hub Digital and check the "Downloads" section.

  3. Contact Support: If you still cannot locate your purchase, please contact our support team immediately at support@creativehubdigital.in with your Order Number so we can verify the payment and manually provide the access link.

 

4. Download and Access Limits

 

  • Download Attempts: ["All download links are active for lifetime from the date of purchase."]

  • Access: Access to purchased courses or membership areas is generally permanent or valid for the duration specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
